About
The inaugural Keiretsu Black Innovation Alliance investor showcase. Eight curated companies present structured 3–4 minute pitches to 150+ active investors from multiple angel networks, followed by dedicated networking and warm follow-ups.
The K4 BIA Investor Showcase is the flagship event of the Keiretsu Black Innovation Alliance, a formally recognized alliance of Keiretsu Forum dedicated to expanding investor network reach into Canada's Black and visible minority entrepreneurship ecosystem.
This is a deal-flow event, not a panel or awareness initiative. Every company on stage has passed the same independent screening and diligence process that Keiretsu applies to all introductions. Founders work with the Narro team and K4 BIA leadership for weeks beforehand to refine their narrative, organize their data room, and anticipate investor questions.
The August inaugural showcase connects eight curated companies with 150+ active investors from Keiretsu and partner networks. Each founder delivers a 3–4 minute structured pitch, followed by dedicated networking and warm follow-ups facilitated by the Narro team. Company profiles are pre-distributed to every investor in attendance.
Companies are sourced from BOF-affiliated incubators (Coral, CREAM, and others), the Black Founders Network, DMZ Ventures referrals, and companies identified through ongoing intake partnerships. Each company must be founded or led by Black or visible minority entrepreneurs, actively raising a round or recently closed with growth milestones, and capable of delivering a structured pitch to a sophisticated investor audience.
