Memory and Usage. Facts Moxie should keep across sessions on this company. You can create, review, edit, or delete them. Do not store secrets here.
What memory is
Memory is under Account. The page title is Memory and Usage. Moxie can remember an open commitment from a previous session and surface it on a new thread. You can also write a fact you want kept. Personalized memory should be about this company, not a generic slogan.
Notes are working context you typed. Memory is continuity Moxie retained or you saved. Canonical facts still belong on the record.
What you see
Two tabs: Memory and Usage. Memory lists retained facts. Create, search, edit, delete. Usage reviews included and on-demand consumption. Fixed, Unlimited, and Disabled controls live in Billing, not on this tab.
How you engage
- Create or edit. Keep it about this company. Delete anything stale or wrong.
- Search. When a thread feels like it forgot something it should not have.
- Do not store secrets. Keys, passwords, and tax numbers that Organization already keeps private do not belong here.
Usage tab
Review consumption. When send is blocked, the Moxie banner still points to Billing. This tab is the read. Billing is the control.
