The round
Fundraising Rounds is the raise itself: target, instrument, status. You cannot treat a round as started until the cores on Dashboard are done, including the pitch deck. The record stays the source. The round is the process around it.
Stages
Engagements is the pipeline. Each stage is its own page so you can work a list without losing the others. Counts in the sidebar match the stage. Hierarchy lives in the process, not in making one card larger.
