Rounds

The raise on this listing. Target, instrument, and status. Engagements hang off the round. The record stays the source.

Before you start

Dashboard blocks a round on three cores: investment profile, business setup, and the pitch deck. Finish those first. Cap table and financials should be current enough that a first meeting does not discover a blank. This update does not guarantee investment, acceptance to pitch, or funding. Outcomes depend on investor review and company readiness.

What you see

Fundraising Rounds is the raise itself. Engagements then show the process: Readiness, Screening, Pitch, Deep Dive, Closure. Term Sheet and Investments are their own pages when terms and closes need a dedicated list.

Run the round

  • Set target and instrument. On Fundraising Rounds. Keep it aligned with Financials and the cap table.
  • Move people in Engagements. Not in a side spreadsheet. Stage pages are the lists.
  • When terms change. Update the record. Do not leave the only copy in Notes.

What a round is not

A round is not a promise that someone will invest. It is the process around the current record. Keep that record current while the process runs.
